I've always loved this photo. They both look so young and lovely and, Jennifer particularly, vulnerable. Ingrid was 28 and the biggest female star in Hollywood; Jennifer was 24 and an instant superstar.
Sixty years later, the photo would be of Angelina Jolie, the biggest female star in Hollywood, and Reese Whitherspoon, an instant superstar.
And that's why I hardly go to the movies anymore.
