14- How Sweet It Is! [1968] **** (James Garner is an evil genius. He somehow makes me enjoy every film he is in. It doesn't even matter how poorly thought out said film is or how many "hippies" are running around being "hippies." I still love it. haha)

Pillow Talk [1959] (re-watch)
It Happened One Night [1934] (re-watch)

This, however, was perfect. The cast was beyond excellent.)

Chalet Girl [2011] * (Oh, Netflix! First you tell me to watch this and then you tell me that it has Felicity Jones in it [whom I quite like]. And you realize that it's 3 a.m., so that even 2 minutes in when I realize it's a terrible movie -- I'LL STILL FINISH THE ENTIRE BLOODY THING. Sheesh.)

JUNE-JULY

TONS AND TONS OF FILMS. SERIOUSLY. SOME GREAT FILMS, SOME TERRIBLE FILMS, FILMS WATCHED IN THEATRES, FILMS WATCHED ON AIRPLANES (CASABLANCA WHILE FLYING OVER CASABLANCA? OF COURSE!), FILMS WATCHED ON NETFLIX, FILMS WATCHED ON YOUTUBE, FILMS WATCHED WITH MANY FRIENDS, FILMS WATCHED BY MYSELF WHILE I PLAYED COMPUTER SOLITAIRE -- THE LIST GOES ON.

Unfortunately, I got overwhelmed and forgot to keep track. There was a lot of good here.

August

1- Attack of the the Eye Creatures [1965] (re-watch)

2- The Lady From Shanghai [1947] (re-watch)
Lillies of the Field [1963] ***1/2 (I love you Sidney Poitier, but this was just weird.)

3- Father of Lights [2012] (re-watch)

10- Emma [2009] ***** (LOVED IT. I am a huge fan of Gwyneth Paltrow's Emma but this was sheer perfection.)

11- Arabesque [1966] **** (Fun.)

16- Young Victoria [2009] (re-watch)

17- The Artist [2011] (re-watch)
 Emma [2009] (re-watch)

18- Decoy Bride [2011] (re-watch)

19- Ratatouille [2007] (re-watch)
Kiss Me Deadly [1955] ****** (BRILLIANT PERFECTION!)
The Fuzzy Pink Nightgown [1957] ***** (I'm in love and I can't deal with life anymore. Also, this movie had Keenan Wynn? What?! He's the coolest person ever.)

20- Jeopardy [1953] ***** (Fascinating! The Stanwyck and Ralph Meeker both deliver brilliant performances. Barry Sullivan was his usual boring self and I was kinda hoping that help wouldn't arrive in time! ;-D)
The Artist [2009] (re-watch)
Something Wild [1961] ***1/2 (Goodness. I'm not sure exactly what I think about this film. The acting was brilliant, but I'm just rather confused about some of the character's actions. I'm honestly not sure whether we're supposed to understand/feel sorry for Meeker's character or what.)

21- Desert Sands [1955] ***** (It gets 5 stars because Ralph Meeker is a captain in the French Foreign Legion. Otherwise, it doesn't get any stars.)

23- The Trouble With Harry [1955] (re-watch)

24- Father of Lights [2012] (re-watch)
39 Steps [1935] (re-watch)

26- Torn Curtain [1966] (re-watch)

28- Somebody Loves Me [1952] *** (Well, that somebody is not me. Only getting 3 stars for Ralph Meeker...otherwise...GAHHHH! NOOOO!)

31- In the Mood For Love [2000] **** (So beautiful and sad. IT HURTS. And that music...)
